Your Adhan

Insha’Allah all is well,

We came across this quote and wanted to share with all of our readers.

When you were born, the adhan was called in your ear but with no prayer.

When you die, they will perform a prayer (salatul janazah) but with no adhan.

It is as if the adhan of your birth belongs to the prayer of your death. SubhanAllah!

That’s how short your life in this world is.

Thus dear readers, we need to take strong steps to prepare for the hereafter, and should act quickly to accumulate good deeds to earn the pleasure of Allah (subhanallah wa ta’ala).

Don’t give up giving up

Don’t give up hope when your Duah is not answered. Ibn Al Qayyim said regarding someone who gave up hope in having their Duah answered. He said:

“His example is like that of a person who planted a seed, then guarded it, and took care of it, and watered it, but when it delayed in (giving its fruits) and reaching perfection he left it and did not take care of it anymore!”

Sweetness of Faith

“The sweetness of this life lies in remembering Him, the sweetness of the next life lies in seeing Him! The next time you proceed for prayer, go because you love Him, go because you miss Him and long to be with Him. Feel your heart flutter, only then, will you be on your way to attaining that inner peace comfort salah was prescribed for.”

Mishary Al Kharaz

Reported by Abu Umamah Al-Bahili (ra): Messenger of Allah (saw) said, “ I guarantee a house in jannah for one who gives up arguing, even if he is in the right; and I guarantee a home in the middle of jannah for one who abandons lying even for sake of fun, and I guarantee a house in the highest part of jannah for one who has good manners” [Abu Dawud]

Never assume..

…”Never assume that anyone in this world can really understand your circumstances other than from the perspective of his own circumstances. This is so, because in reality everyone only sees things in accordance with their frames of reference and their personal paths.”
